Expeditions & Course Fee

Cancellation by Client

All cancellations must be made in writing.  Once notified of the cancellation in writing, Reach That Peak will try to resell the course place(s).

In the event that Reach That Peak is able to re-sell the course place the client will receive a full refund less 25% of the course cost to cover administration fees.

In the event that Reach That Peak is unable to re-sell the course place the client will be charged 50% if cancellation is made over 6 weeks before the start date of the course or 100% if cancellation is made less than 6 weeks before the start date of the course.

Cancellation by Reach That Peak

In the event that Reach That Peak needs to cancel a course due to unsuitable conditions  or other unforeseen circumstances the client will be notified as soon as possible.

Reach That Peak will notify clients not less than seven full days prior to a course start date if a course needs to be cancelled because a workable minimum number of participants have not been reached.

In the event of cancellation by Reach That Peak clients will be offered their choice of a full refund of the course fee paid or another course on different dates.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is taken seriously. Any personal information you provide will only be used to administer the services you have requested. This is the information from your booking form and may include information provided on a medical declaration and any supporting documents. 

NNAS courses are facilitated through an online candidate management system (CMS) called JustGo.  In order to enrol you on the NNAS scheme Reach That Peak will enter your name, address, date of birth, email, emergency contact details into the CMS.  The CMS will generate an ID reference for your records.

 

The CMS system retains data for 40 years so that all parties can have access to accreditations over this period. Your data is only visible to NNAS and Reach That Peak or any other person to whom you have provided your ID number, so that they can find you on the CMS and update your details to add the new/ additional course they will provide to you. 

Sometimes we need to provide some of this information to instructors but this will only be done to maximise safety in relation to a course. 

Photos may be taken on courses and we will assume participants are happy for these to be used for promotional material or social media channels. We will always comply with clients if they choose not to have photos taken or used on media channels. Please just inform us if that is the case and we will follow your wishes.

We never pass on client details to third parties and will not contact you unless it is specifically about your course or expedition.

We keep a copy of your booking form (and any additional medical declaration information) for 3 years after your course. After this all data we hold in relation to your course will be securely destroyed.

We review our Privacy Policy on a regular basis to ensure it is up to date and make changes as needed.
